Welcome to the blog of Daniel and Samantha Newman! We are very excited that you have taken the time to read about what is happening in our lives and our goals and hopes are for the spread of the gospel in Australia. Samantha and I are planning on moving to Australia in September of 2009 and are hoping to join with the Eastern Downs Church of Christ in planting new churches in the Darling Downs region.

The purpose of this blog is to give you as current of an update as possible. We will try and give you an update of what is going on every week. The only time we will not update weekly will be if there is simply nothing of note to be said.

Currently Samantha and I are booking churches for speaking at sunday schools, vacation bible schools, and summer camps. The support is coming in slowly but surely. We know that we are in hard financial times and therefore it will be harder to raise support but we also know that the Lord will provide and I am sure that we will receive what we need.

So far we have raised $200.00 in monthly support and $1,000.00 towards our move to Australia.
